Swim Class

Brett had his first swim class today for kids aged 1-3. I believe it is 6 sessions and they are a half hour each. While the water was a little cold for our liking Brett had fun checking out all the other kids. We met another little baby and her mom and the babies were giving each other high fives!

Overall, he is doing great. He continues to amaze us with his smarts and is walking more and more. We think he's getting some more teeth in because he is drooling a lot more and isn't eating as well. Kristin put a play tent up in the living room with pillows in it so he has been having fun with that. The other day Kristin and Brett put a tarp down and brought some snow inside to play with.

Walking!!!

Our son has started walking! I stayed home today because of the snowstorm and worked from home so I was lucky to see him walk more and more. Overall, about 50% of the time Brett is walking now. He even does this little side step walk that is hilarious. Kristin and I each took a hand and walked him to bed tonight......priceless!

Brett - keeping us busy

I had to put these pictures up because they show his personality so well. We are having so much fun with him as he learns to explore more and more. Today Kristin and Brett took me out to lunch where Brett sat in his high chair waving to the employees and checking out anyone who went to fill up their drink. Life is good when eating with mom and dad is endless fun. Can't wait until the Summer where he can check out all the really fun stuff like dirt, bugs, and grass.
