Happy 6th Birthday, Brett!!

I can't believe my first baby is 6 years old!! It was a crazy few days before Brett's birthday since it's the day before Christmas but Kyle and I were able to get everything ready just in time for the big day! Brett woke up bright and early on his special day and did what any kid his age looks forward to most ---- opening presents!!

He got lots of cool stuff, including a solar dinosaur robot to build, a remote control race car, a stomp rocket, and his favorites...a Police Station Lego set, and his very own Kindle Fire from his Uncle Matt and Aunt Amy :-) 

Later in the day my brother, his girlfriend Amy, and my parents came over to celebrate our special boy! 

Soon after they arrived, Brett got to open his presents from them! Here he is with Yana (my mom) looking through the Paper Airplane book he got, while wearing his new binoculars around his neck :-)

Next, it was time to make one! 

Amy's sister just had a baby boy too, only 2 weeks older than Camden! She's definitely getting the baby love these days :-)

Brett and Uncle Matt had lots of fun playing with his new Lego Police Station! 

Brett was so cute because he went into this elaborate story of what was happening at the police station. Matt and Amy were good listeners and he loved having them there to play with him!

After having Jet's Pizza for dinner (A request from Brett for the second year in a row now!), it was time to sing "Happy Birthday" and make a wish!

And of course, no party is complete without some party favors! 

I love this picture of my brother holding sweet Camden. He is such a wonderful uncle and my boys are so lucky to have him in their lives :-) We love you, Uncle Matt! 

Brett had another wonderful birthday and we couldn't be more grateful for our lovable, spirited, silly, creative, energetic, smart little boy! We love you to the moon and back forever!
